Technical: what we are doing
This is a final page, accessible by vertical navigation through the index pages "Institute's main Facilities" and/or "Unit's Facilities".
Communicative Function: offers in-depth information on a specific Facility. In addition it's an index page of horizontal navigation in the Technical Level; it relates the Factivity with Activities, Publications, Events and Services.
This function is implemented in the "See also" list at the left side of the page.

With regard to the quantitity of text to insert in Technical Pages two models are available to present and organize the information in  hypertextual way:
1) Model for one Technical Page
jrc/institute/unit/facilities/facility_one_page/index.htm
In case of only one page to describe an Activity the minimum contents suggested are:
Title page (Activity name)
Detail Information such as "Programme Research" and "Type of Activity"
Summary
2) Model for more Technical Pages
jrc/institute/unit/facilities/facility_more_pages/index.htm

This page acts as an index page (Home page) which offers the same minimum information on Activity (see above) but allows to open other pages also.
This function is implemented in the "INDEX" list at the left side of the page.
